The staff is very keen on helping and solving problems. The hotel management pushes the limits to satisfy the customers. It was my wife's birthday during my stay and they offer the cake free of charge (the cake was better than I expect. For the dinners, the hotel restaurant's cost-benefit rate was 5/5 for me.

The place itself is very nice. The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! A variety of food was served. Room is nice and clean.

The hotel staff were fantastic. Went over and above to help us. The resort is pristine. December is definitely off peak as Sam Son itself was deserted. There were hardly any places open to eat. The hotel however was great. The cakes in our room for Christmas were definitely appreciated.
